ITEMS REQUIRED-INSTALL HIC WITH STANDARD HEADSET

HIC/SCS Fork, HIC Kit , Integrated scooter deck, 1 1/8 Intergrated headset & 5MM Allen key.

Step 1.Insert headset bearings into the cups of the deck. One in top one in bottom- Flat sides facing out

Step 2. Insert fork into the bottom of the deck headtube. 

Step 3. Slide the standard Compression ring over the fork so it fits snug between the bearing and the fork. 

Step 4. Slide the headset dust cap over the fork stem - flat side down.

Step 5. Slide the HIC shim over the fork (tapered side up) so it sits on top of the headset cap.

Step 6. Insert the HIC bolt and top cap onto the top of the fork and hand tighten.

Step 7. Finish tightening the HIC compression bolt with the 5mm Allen key until everything is secure and fork spins freely

HIC/SCS Fork, HIC Kit ,Integrated scooter deck,1 1/8 Intergrated low stack headset, and 5MM Allen key 

Step 1.Insert headset bearings into the cups of the deck. One in top one in bottom- Flat sides facing out

Step 2. Insert fork into the bottom of the deck headtube. 

Step 3. Slide the headset dust cap over the fork stem so it fits snug between the bearing and the fork. 

Step 4. Slide the HIC shim over the fork (tapered side up) so it sits on top of the headset cap.

Step 5. Insert the HIC bolt and top cap onto the top of the fork and hand tighten.

Step 6. Finish tightening the HIC compression bolt with the 5mm Allen key until everything is secure and fork spins freely
