WARRANTY

Please note: Warranties on our products can only be processed if you have a proof of purchase.If you have any issues that are valid, contact the retailer from where you purchased the product. Alternately please contact us directly and we will assist you with your issues.

We warranty all manufacturer faults. Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation will not be covered by our warranty.Grip tape, Handgrips and Bearings are consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless received in a non-functioning or defective state.

COMPLETES

12 month manufacturer’s warranty on hardware failure excluding wear and tear. All warranties will be void if this product is modified in any way. This includes using after-market products, poor maintenance, abuse or misuse.

ALUMINIUM BARS

Aluminium bars come with a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty*.

This will cover

• Cracking of welds
• Paint defects

This will not cover

• If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
• If you modify or cut your bars
• Scratching or chipping of paint
• Misuse of your bars
• Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

Aluminium bars are a light-weight product for use by smooth and proficient riders. Landing incorrectly, throwing bars from any height or dropping will damage the bars. This is not covered by the warranty.

CHROMOLY BARS

Chromoly bars come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty*.

This will cover

• Bending or breaking of the bars

This will not cover:

• If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
• If you modify or cut your bars
• Scratching or chipping of paint
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

TITANIUM BARS

Titanium bars come with a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover

• Cracking of welds
• Paint defects

This will not cover

• If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
• If you modify or cut your bars
• Scratching or chipping of paint
• Misuse of your bars
• Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

CLAMPS

Our clamps are covered by a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty*.

This will cover

• Breaking of bolts and clamp body

This will not cover

• Cross threading the bolts
• Stripping of the bolt heads by using rounded-off Allen keys
• Scratching of paint or anodizing.
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

DECKS

All decks come with a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty* on the head tube. 

This will cover:

• Snapping or visible cracking of the deck
• Visible paint of finish defects out of the box
• Function of the deck

This will not cover

• Any damage caused by misuse or abuse to the deck
• Scratching, fading of paint or anodizing over time
• Damage to the headset cups due to bad set up or lack of maintenance
• Dinting of the deck down tube
• Modifications to any part of the deck, including drill holes
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

Please note: Scooter decks are subject to extreme pressures and stress. To increase the life expectancy of your deck, avoid constant fly-outs (jumping to flat) and make all attempts to land smoothly, minimising the shock to the deck. All Scooter decks are prone to failure – it’s a fact, as they are constantly grinded and put under extreme pressures.

Tips to make your deck last longer:

• Always land with your knees bent to absorb the shock
• Keep everything tight including your axles and headset
• Avoid grinding on rough concrete
• Limit the amount of fly outs you do (jumping to flat)
• Never throw your scooter

FORKS

All our Forks come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty*. This will cover:

• Breaking or Bending (except the axle)

This will not cover:

• Breaking or bending of the axle
• Misuse or poor set up
• Any modifications to the fork
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

WHEELS

Our wheels come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty*. This will cover:

• De-hubbing of the PU tyre from the wheel core
• Ovalising the hub bearing housing

It does not cover:

• Chunking of the wheel: Chunking is when the wheel PU breaks off in “gouges” caused by riding on rough surfaces.
• Wheel bearings
• Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

*The Manufacture Warranty covers your product upon delivery to be free from damages , discolouration or fault. All of our products are designed, tested and produced to a high standard that is used around the world by riders of all levels from beginner to professional.

Due to the rigorous nature of scooter riding the manufacture warranty does not cover damages incurred by the rider including grinding of products, impact damages, heavy landings, improper set up or miss use.

We actively promote safe riding and recommend all riders wear safety protection, maintenance the products regularly and take care when riding.
